Students will watch videos on the class platform and memorize the vocabulary. Students will work through Duolingo Spanish lessons. For students who want to complete Spanish in two years - they should work on Class Platform, Vocabulary and Duolingo 1 hour on school days. If they want to spread it out over the four years (recommended), then they should spend 30 minutes on school days. Students will meet with the instructor via Zoom once or twice a week for 20-30 minutes. Amount of credit (for 1 or 2 credits) will be determined by the number of hours accumulated. 150 hours = 1 credits

Alternately, elementary students may benefit with much of the content on this course. Emphasis should be on listening and speaking with little to no reading and writing. Parents / Teacher Consultants will coordinate with the instructor for guidelines for moving through the course.

This is self-paced, and the goal is mastery.

A parent / teacher financial contract is needed after the non-refundable deposit is paid holding the students position in the class. 7th and 8th grade students can receive High School credit for an additional fee of $130.00.
