Grade Level: 9-12 Course Length: One Year Credit Available: English 1.0 and Science Lab 1.0 and .25 First Aid and CPR Living in the Pacific Northwest we are prone to all sorts of catastrophic events. Being prepared is mandatory! Students will learn how to survive earthquakes, tsunamis, volcano eruptions, car accidents, train, or plane accidents, and much more. This course is packed with training and labs each week. This is a dual credit class, offering English and Science Lab credit each semester. Students will make their own disaster survival book and become first aid and CPR certified by the end of the school year. Photo Image used with permission. M.
