Family Academy Online’s Maggie Dail has created a course/book guiding students through the exploration of World History with an emphasis on early church history and beyond. Dail has read and reviewed numerous biographies and historical fiction stories or books. She teaches areas of writing skills and demonstrates them through her book reviews. She provides rubrics that build with each lesson. Students begin writing paragraphs and building to multiple paragraphs. With the course, the instructor acts as the writing coach in a one-on-one virtual session.
